Il coronavirus sta colpendo ampiamente non solo il settore cinematografico ma anche quello televisivo negli USA. Tantissime infatti le serie tv ed in generale gli show la cui produzione è stata sospesa o ritardata.
Tra Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, Apple TV+ ed in generale le reti broadcast, il numero dei diversi titoli di serie tv che hanno subito uno stop per lo stato pandemico attuale è in aumento.
AGGIORNAMENTO NETFLIX: interrotta la produzione di TUTTI gli show, serie tv e film!
Contrariamente alla tendenza generale, la troupe di The 100 ha provato a concludere le riprese dell’episodio finale di serie; è arrivata successivamente la notizia della fine delle riprese per la serie The CW, su cui cala dunque il sipario.

In molti casi, specialmente per le serie tv di reti broadcast (ma anche cable) la cui programmazione è settimanale, questa sospensione o ritardo della produzione potrebbe coincidere con una diminuzione degli episodi delle singole stagioni.
Siamo infatti verso la conclusione del classico palinsesto statunitense per quanto riguarda molti titoli ed è probabile un cambiamento nei vari finali di stagione.
